Exchanges & Returns
We stand behind every item we sell. If there is a problem with your order, please email studio@manukaidesigns.com within 7 days of receiving it and return the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means an exchange or a store credit.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items. All sale items are final.

Care & Handling — Resin Jewelry and Objects
Handmade Individuality:
Each piece is handmade and unique. Variations in size, texture, or color are a natural part of the process and should be embraced as part of the character of your piece. Small air bubbles, surface textures, or subtle irregularities are normal and do not affect the strength or quality of the item.
Durability & Handling:
Resin is a strong and long-lasting material, designed to last for years. However, it is not shock-absorbent. Dropping or striking resin against hard surfaces can cause damage or breakage. Please handle your piece with care to ensure its longevity.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Wipe resin pieces gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may scratch or damage the surface.
Note: Damage caused by dropping or improper handling is not considered a defect and is not covered under exchanges or returns.
Shipping Information
We ship via USPS Ground by default. If you prefer FedEx or UPS, please leave a note at checkout—we can arrange alternative shipping for an additional fee.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for certain shipping classes or orders over a specified amount.
International shipping is available; rates will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request.
Tax
Orders shipped within Hawai‘i are subject to a 4% sales tax.
Export Restrictions / Customs
Manukai Designs products are not subject to export restrictions.
For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Disclaimer
Manukai Designs is not responsible for any damage or breakage after an order has been delivered in good condition. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control once a package has left our studio.
